Faulty design

It would be beneficial for the set screw to have a stop on it.
The head is extremely difficult to remove.. We have contacted your company x2 for assistance. We followed the directions for sanding for any burrs. Actions did not resolve issue.
Machine is extremely large for use and storage.
Would like return machine if possible
Have used machine 3 times for a total of 80 pieces made
Extremely disappointed with the product considering the cost.
